Case Study – The new owner purchased a restaurant that will serve tavern burgers, Baja fish tacos, taps of imported, craft, and specialty microbrews.

The new owner said he had two ideas and wasn’t sure if he wanted an industrial look or a surf feel. “We are kind of old school and just a block from the beach. That’s a big part of our crowd.” So we created two completely different looks so he could see what his restaurant would look like with an industrial look versus a beach feel.
